The 12th Conference for Insurance Managers in HE 2019, entitled ‘Risky Business’, was yet again a resounding success. This event was the fifth conference, arranged and held at a prestigious hotel and conference venue in Leeds, by NUIG.

The two-day Conference included informative & enlightening sessions on difficulties facing the HE Sector today. The specialist speakers were drawn from the world of risk management and legal professions and the university sector. They provided their expertise and knowledge for delegates, as Insurance & Risk Managers, to apply in the assessment of their current and future risks and exposures.

The conference also included an Exhibition area where insurers, brokers, mutuals and risk management organisations were represented.

The NUIG Management Committee are continuing to review the Covid-19 situation with a view to agreeing a date for the 13th Conference to be held as soon as circumstances allow.
